  • Can I change the shipping address?
    We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it. If your order has shipped out, we can provide you with a shipping number and you can attempt to contact the delivery company directly to make changes to your delivery.
  • Returns & Refunds
    We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken. Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pintoo.com and state the reason. After accepting the return, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to the provided address and will be refunded upon our receipt of the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.If you purchased from another retailer, please reach out to that retailer for returns or exchanges.
  • Where is my order?
    Most orders ship within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri). Once it's shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@pintoo.com.
