Returns & Exchanges

Once you complete the order, we start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order.

Ship it back to us

  1. Start your return online.

  2. Ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that we'll email to you to print at home.

  3. Return are processed in 15-30 business days and refunds can be expected 3-7 business days after processing.

How to Return or Exchange purchased products

  • Please Contact our Customer Service Team via email support@pintoo.com

  • We will inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the counting pieces, operating manual, boxes, appliances and ext. 

  • Once we receive your requests, we will then provide you a return label and return authorization. Please notice that we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will normally be processed within 3-7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please notice that it may take slightly longer to appear on your bank statement.

Purchases from eBay and other Market Places

We’re sorry it’s not possible to refund or exchange our puzzles you bought on a marketplace website unless the purchase was made from our own shop or our Amazon store. In such cases please follow their returns procedure. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
